JCC SERIES • HIGH PRESSURE WATER JET DEBURRING AND PARTS CLEANING

Your cross-holes still have burrs and chips in them.

Manual deburring and spray washers can't reach chips or burrs in deep oil passages, blind cross-holes, or complex internal geometries. Jet Clean Center's CNC-targeted high-pressure water jet does — and we'll prove it on your own real-world parts.

— THE PROBLEM

The methods you're using
were not built for what
you're machining now.

Sugino's lineup of jet clean center JCC high pressure water jet deburring and parts washing systems

E-axle components. Hydraulic manifolds. Aerospace actuator bodies. These parts have internal geometries that manual deburring can't reach and spray washers can't clear. The contamination doesn't disappear — it surfaces as a field failure, a cleanliness problem, or a rejected assembly.

01
Manual deburring can't reach cross-holes
Operators remove visible burrs, but deep oil passages, blind tapped holes, and complex internal features stay contaminated. Shift-to-shift variation means the result is never consistent.
02
Spray washers miss features with geometry
Open surfaces get clean. Deep passages and internal cavities don't. Your cleanliness spec was written for the whole part — not just the surfaces the spray can reach.

03

Chemical wash systems create compliance burdens
Rising disposal costs. Hazardous waste records. Environmental reporting. An alkaline wash system is a compliance liability that most operations want to eliminate — not manage more carefully.

04

OEM cleanliness specs keep getting tighter
ISO 16232, VDA 19, IATF 16949, NADCAP — documented, parametric, auditable process control is no longer optional. A process you can't put in a control plan is a process your quality system can't rely on.

05

Skilled deburring labor is harder to find and keep

Manual deburring is headcount-intensive, hard to train to a consistent standard, and increasingly difficult to staff. Scaling volume means the problem gets worse, not better.
— HOW PART TESTING WORKS

From your facility to documented proof.

No capital commitment. No process qualification burden. Just your parts, our equipment, and a data report you can actually use.

01 →
Describe your part and challenge
Submit the form with your part geometry, material, cleanliness spec, and what your current process isn't achieving. We'll scope and confirm your trial details.

02 →

Ship parts to our Tech Center

Send us a representative set of your parts — under NDA if needed. We handle the logistics from there and get it moving.

03 →

We run your parts with JCC

Your actual parts:  your material and geometry, your challenge, processed on the JCC configuration most relevant to your application. Measurements taken before and after.

04

Receive your report

Before/after particle counts, deburring effectiveness, process parameter log, and a plain-language findings summary structured to travel internally and support your next decision.

— WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A comprehensive report. Your decision made easy.

  • Before and after surface cleanliness and visual inspection
Particle count, chip presence, and photographic documentation - with shareable data for internal reviews.

  • Cycle time and process parameter log
Pressure, nozzle type, dwell time, and cycle time. Seeds your process documentation and gives you the data for ROI modeling and production planning.

  • Deburring effectiveness assessment
Before/after burr presence at cross-holes, tapped holes, and deep passages. Demonstrating that targeted high-pressure water jet reaches features manual methods cannot.

  • Findings summaries in plain language
Designed to share internally. Engineering, quality, and operations can all understand and act on it, without needing to read a full technical report.

  • Recommended production process
The JCC model and configuration we'd specify for your production volume, connecting test results directly to your needs, when you're ready.

"You see the results before any purchase commitment. That data also goes directly into your process qualification documentation if you move forward."

The data report you receive isn't a generic demo. It's built from your actual parts, your actual alloy, and your actual cleanliness challenge — structured to go directly into an OEM submission, a corrective action package, or an internal capital justification.

NDA available before any parts ship.
For sensitive programs, we can also process representative coupons in the same alloy and geometry class. Our Wixom, Michigan Technical Center is a domestic U.S. facility with controlled access.

TEST MY PARTS
— WHO THIS IS FOR

Built for the industries where
contamination is not an acceptable outcome.

AUTOMOTIVE TIER 1/2

Transmission cases, e-axle components & engine blocks

OEM cleanliness specs are always getting tighter. Complex aluminum castings have deep passages that spray washers and manual methods can't consistently clear. IATF 16949 requires a documented, auditable process.

HYDRAULICS & FLUID POWER

Manifold bodies, valve blocks, and cylinders

A single chip in an internal passage causes valve sticking, premature wear, and field failures. The U-Jet submerged system uses high-pressure jets and cavitation to clean internal passages that no spray washer can reach.

AEROSPACE & DEFENSE / MEDICAL

Structural  components, actuator bodies & implants

No heat-affected zone. No thermal stress on precision surfaces.  JCC's  water jet process supports NADCAP, AS9100, and ISO 13485 documentation with a parametric, fully loggable process.

— COMMON QUESTIONS

The questions engineers ask before they send parts.

We can't send proprietary parts to an outside vendor.

We can work under NDA before any parts ship — just check the box on the form. For sensitive programs, we can also process representative coupons in the same alloy and geometry class. Our Wixom, MI Technical Center is a domestic U.S. facility with controlled access and restricted entry.

WE ALREADY HAVE A SPRAY WASHER, ISN'T THAT ENOUGH?

Spray washers do a good job on open surfaces. They struggle with blind cross-holes, deep tapped passages, and complex internal geometries. The JCC's CNC-targeted high-pressure nozzles reach those features, and the submerged U-Jet option uses cavitation to clean internal passages a spray simply can't access.

WHAT DOES A TRIAL COST, AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Pricing depends on part count, complexity, and reporting requirements. Most trials turn around within one to two weeks of receiving parts. We scope and quote before anything ships — there are no surprises on cost or timeline.

HOW DO WE KNOW THE RESULTS WILL BE RELEVANT TO OUR PROCESS?

We use the same JCC system and process parameters in the trial that would run in a production cell. The data is directly portable, not a scaled-down demo. The process report we deliver is structured to support your production process qualification documentation.

CAN WE TEST IF WE'RE NOT READY TO BUY RIGHT NOW?

The parts test requires no capital commitment. Many customers run a trial specifically to have documented data ready when the capital budget opens — or when a contamination event makes the conversation urgent. Getting the data now costs you nothing.

Can it handle our part mix? We run a lot of different PARTS.

The JCC's modular design and CNC programming make it highly flexible. New part families are handled with new CNC programs — no fixture rebuilds required. We have customers running dozens of different part numbers on a single JCC system.
